Adding services to your Service List inside QuoteIQ makes creating estimates and invoices faster and easier. You can add services directly from your Dashboard or while creating a new estimate.

Option 1: Add a service from the dashboard
Step 1: Open Your Dashboard
From your dashboard, click Services in the left-hand sidebar.
Step 2: Click "Add New Service"
On the Services page, click the blue Create New Service button in the middle of the screen or click the blue + Add Service button in the top-right corner.
Step 3: Enter Service Details
Fill in:
Service Name (Example: Roof Wash)
Service Price (default price for quoting)
Description (optional but recommended)
Select the Price Point Type:
Square Foot
Linear Foot
Quantity
Square Meter
Linear Meter
Step 4: Set Category and Display Options
Choose a Category for organizing services
Toggle ON if you want the service to appear:
In Online Self-Schedule (customer booking)
In InstaQuote (customer self-quoting)
Step 5: Save Your New Service
Click Save to finish adding your service.
Helpful Tip: You can edit or delete a service anytime by returning to your Service List and clicking the trashcan icon on an existing service.
Option 2: Add a Custom Service During Estimate Creation
Step 1: Start a New Estimate

From your Dashboard, click Estimates Tab in the top navigation bar.
Click "+ Create Estimate" in the top right corner.
Select/Create your customer, then click Next
Step 2: Add a Custom Service
Once you're on the service selection screen:
Click + Add Custom Service at the top of the list.
Enter your:
Service Name
Service Price
Description (optional)
Price Point Type
Decide:
Toggle ON Add to "My Services" if you want this custom service saved for future use.
Leave toggle OFF to use the service for this estimate only.
Click Add Service to attach it to your estimate
