It has two parts: the review dashboard and review link, included on every plan — once a customer pays their invoice, they're automatically redirected to your review page — and automated Email/SMS review requests, available on Elite and Max, which send review invitations automatically when jobs and invoices hit key milestones. This guide shows you how to set up your review link in seconds, and what the automation adds on Elite.

Step 1: Open your Dashboard
From your dashboard, click Settings in the left-hand sidebar.
Step 2: Open Review Multiplier Settings
From Settings, under Company Info, click Review Multiplier
Step 3: Enter Your Review Link
Type or Paste in your Review link
If the URL is valid, then Valid URL will appear underneath the link.
If the URL is invalid, then Invalid URL will appear underneath the link.
(Optional) Retrieve your Review URL
Google My Business
Search for your business name on Google while signed into the Gmail account that manages your Google Business Profile.
Click Ask for Review button.
Copy your Link
Paste Your Google My Business Review Link into the Review Multiplier link box.
Facebook Reviews
Right Click the reviews tab on your Facebook Page
Copy the URL
Then paste Your Facebook Review Link into the Review Multiplier link box.
Note: You can only have one review link in the Review Multiplier.
Your Google My Business Review Link is the recommended option.

How It Works
Once enabled, the Review Multiplier automatically redirects your customers to your chosen review platform immediately after they pay an invoice through QuoteIQ.
The process is simple:
Customer completes payment through QuoteIQ
They're instantly shown a "Leave a Review" screen and redirected to your link.
You collect more reviews, without lifting a finger.
Good to know: QuoteIQ also supports a Custom Post-Payment Redirect Link on every plan. If you set one, customers are sent to that link after payment instead of the Review Multiplier's review page — useful if you'd rather send them to a thank-you page, referral offer, or booking page.

On Elite ($299/mo) and Max ($699/mo), the Review Multiplier goes beyond the post-payment redirect: QuoteIQ can send automated review requests by Email and SMS, so customers get a direct invitation to review you — even if they never see the payment screen.
What the automation can do:
Event triggers — send a review request automatically when an invoice is paid, or when an estimate is accepted, scheduled, or declined.
Timing control — send immediately or delay up to 2 days after the trigger event.
Cancel events — stop a pending request automatically if a cancelling event happens before it sends.
Templates — customize the Email and SMS messages your customers receive.
Plan summary: the review dashboard, your review link, and the post-payment redirect are included on every plan. The automated Email/SMS review-request sending is an Elite and Max feature.
