How many users can I add?
Essentials includes 1 user. Beginner includes 2. Pro includes 4. Elite includes 10. Max includes unlimited users.
Which plans include the Client Portal?
The Client Portal is available on the Pro plan ($149.99/mo) and above — Pro, Elite ($299/mo), and Max ($699/mo). It is not included on Essentials ($29.99/mo) or Beginner ($74.99/mo). To use the Client Portal, upgrade to Pro or higher from your account settings.
Which plans include Contact Forms (website forms & API)?
Contact Forms is available on Pro ($149.99/mo), Elite ($299/mo), and Max ($699/mo) plans. Not included on Essentials or Beginner. The Contact Forms feature includes the form builder, three embed methods (Inline Widget, Popup Widget, Direct Link), the REST API for inbound submissions (Zapier, custom integrations), analytics, channels, and spam protection.
Can I import data from another CRM?
Yes. AI Smart Import lets you upload a CSV export from Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, or any other CRM — QuoteIQ's AI automatically maps your data. You can also import contacts directly from your phone's address book. A $299 Done-For-You onboarding option is available for hands-off migration.
How do I cancel my subscription?
QuoteIQ subscriptions are managed directly inside your QuoteIQ account on every device — web, iPhone, or Android. The flow is the same whether you signed up on the website or in the mobile app:
Open QuoteIQ on web (myquoteiq.com), iPhone, or Android.
Go to Menu / Settings → Subscription Packages.
Tap Manage Subscriptions.
Under your active plan, tap Manage.
Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Legacy App Store / Google Play subscribers: If you originally subscribed to QuoteIQ through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (older accounts only — QuoteIQ no longer bills through Apple or Google Play for new signups), your subscription is billed by Apple or Google rather than by QuoteIQ. You'll cancel through your phone's subscription settings:
Apple App Store: iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → QuoteIQ → Cancel Subscription.
Google Play Store: open Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → QuoteIQ → Cancel subscription.

How do I update my payment method or card on file?
The flow is the same on web, iPhone, and Android — and the same as cancellation up to the last step:
Open QuoteIQ on web (myquoteiq.com), iPhone, or Android.
Go to Menu / Settings → Subscription Packages.
Tap Manage Subscriptions.
Under your active plan, tap Manage.
Update your card or payment method, then save.
If you're still on your 14-day free trial, adding or updating payment info here just stores the card — nothing is charged until your trial ends.
Legacy App Store / Google Play subscribers: If your subscription is billed by Apple or Google (older accounts only), your card on file is managed in your Apple ID or Google Play account — not inside QuoteIQ. Update it from your phone's Settings → [your name] → Payment & Shipping on iPhone, or from Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Payment methods on Android.
