IQ Credits (IQC) are QuoteIQ's virtual currency that powers every AI feature in the platform. Instead of charging you per AI action or requiring a separate AI add-on, every QuoteIQ plan includes a monthly allocation of IQ Credits. You use these credits whenever you interact with an AI-powered feature.
IQ Credits During the 14-Day Free Trial
⚡ Every free trial starts with 250 IQ Credits — on every plan.
The trial credit amount is the same 250 IQC whether you start on Essentials, Beginner, Pro, Elite or Max. You do not receive the plan's full monthly allocation during the trial.
Your plan's full monthly allocation (500 to 8,000 IQC depending on tier) begins once your paid subscription starts.
If you use all 250 trial credits before your trial ends, you can purchase additional credits at any time using the one-time purchase options below.

On the Dashboard, look at the top right and tap the box with the ⚡ lightning bolt icon. This opens Usage Analytics, where you can review your credit spending history — what used credits, when, and how much.

Your current credit balance also appears as a badge in the AI interface (visible in the AI Text Assist overlay), and credit usage is shown per interaction whenever you run an AI action.

Virtual Call Team Credit Usage
The Virtual Call Team uses IQ Credits at a rate of 125 IQC per minute. Each call also has a $1.25 base fee, then is billed at $1.25 per minute after the first 60 seconds. An auto-recharge of $25 is applied if your call balance goes below 10 minutes.

Yes. Go to your Dashboard, look at the top right, and tap the box with the ⚡ lightning bolt icon to open Usage Analytics. That shows your credit spending history — what used credits, when, and how much.
How do I check my credit balance?
Two ways. For a quick check, your balance appears as a badge in the AI interface (in the AI Text Assist overlay). For the full picture including spending history, open Usage Analytics from the ⚡ lightning bolt icon in the top right of your Dashboard.
What if I run out of credits during my free trial?
You can buy more at any time using the one-time credit purchase options (2,500 for $25, 5,000 for $50, 10,000 for $100, or 25,000 for $250). Credits are added immediately. You do not have to end your trial or upgrade to buy credits.
Do I need to buy IQ Credits separately?
No. Every QuoteIQ plan includes IQ Credits. They're part of your subscription — not a separate purchase. You only buy more if you use all your allocation and want additional credits before your next billing cycle.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Your IQ Credit balance resets at the beginning of each billing cycle.
What happens if I run out of credits?
AI features will be unavailable until your credits reset with your next billing cycle, or you purchase additional credits from the one-time purchase options.
Can I upgrade my plan to get more credits?
Yes. Upgrading your plan immediately increases your monthly IQ Credit allocation. You can upgrade at any time from within your QuoteIQ account. Note that if you are still inside your 14-day free trial, changing plans ends the trial and bills your card on file for the new plan immediately.
