IQ Credits (IQC) are QuoteIQ's virtual currency that powers every AI feature in the platform. Instead of charging you per AI action or requiring a separate AI add-on, every QuoteIQ plan includes a monthly allocation of IQ Credits. You use these credits whenever you interact with an AI-powered feature.

Virtual Call Team Credit Usage

The Virtual Call Team uses IQ Credits at a rate of 125 IQC per minute. Each call also has a $1.25 base fee, then is billed at $1.25 per minute after the first 60 seconds. An auto-recharge of $25 is applied if your call balance goes below 10 minutes.
