  • This is the homepage for your Call for Experts and where you can view all the submissions and messages for that specific post.

Timeline Function

This helps you stay on track by showing where you are in the process, whether you're waiting on pitches, reviewing responses, or ready to close things out. It’s a simple way to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Analytics

This shows you how many emails were sent, how many views and how many total pitches you have.

Pitch Submissions

There are two views to look at all your pitches, which you can toggle from with these buttons on the right.

Table View

This will show you all of the pitch submissions. By default, it will show you the newest at the top. You can reorder that by clicking the "Sort By" button.

Inbox View (AKA The Pitch Inbox)

This will show you your pitch submission will show you submission in a way that makes it easier to manage viewing who you've responded and what you've said. This way you don't have to jump back and forth between your post and your inbox.

Please note all pitches will also be in your inbox, which you can learn more about here.

Reply All Function

The Reply All button saves you time by letting you message every expert who pitched—all at once.

Once you click it, you’ll be taken to a message editor where you can tweak the message to your liking before sending.

And don’t worry—you’ll still be able to see the message in your individual chat threads with each source.

Simple, quick, and really helpful when you’re juggling multiple stories.
