You need to let us know about any incident, even if you don't want to claim.
Make sure you have details of the accident - what happened, where and when

If your RAC Black Box policy started on or before 31 October 2025, your claims phone number is 0330 175 2580.
If your RAC Black Box policy started on or after 1 November 2025, your claims phone number is 0330 678 2530.
You should always talk to us directly through the app or claims number. Unfortunately, scammers target people needing to claim with fake websites or phone numbers. The easiest thing to do is use the 'Had a crash' button in your RAC Black Box app.
