How to get help with your policy

You can start a chat with us in the app or at rac.ticker.co.uk/contact, from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (except public holidays) and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays. This is the quickest way to get in touch and we'll do our best to reply quickly.

You can also email us at help@rac.ticker.co.uk. Our team reviews emails from Monday to Friday, so we'll respond as soon as we can.

How to start a claim

If you need to make a claim, you can tap from your app or call on the number for your policy below. You’ll find all our other contact details at rac.ticker.co.uk/contact.

The claims team can ONLY help with new and existing claims. If you need help with your policy, please start a chat.

If your policy started on or before 31 October 2025:

You should always talk to us directly through the app or our contact numbers. Unfortunately, scammers target people needing to claim with fake websites or phone numbers. The easiest thing to do is go to the contact page of your RAC Black Box app.
