The Buyer Profile in Radius Office helps you manage searches, documents, reminders, and communications—all in one place.
📄 Profile Overview
At the top of the buyer profile, you’ll see:
Client contact information
Quick access to the Buyer Representation Form (covered in a separate article)
A list of active searches for the client
📝 If your client is interested in multiple property types or locations (e.g., single-family in Oakland and multifamily in San Diego), you can create separate searches for each.
💼 Inside a Search Record
Click into any search to manage the buyer’s preferences. You'll find:
1. Activity
See a running log of updates and changes to this specific search—great for tracking your workflow.
2. Overview
Get a high-level summary of the client’s search preferences and access quick links, including the Buyer Representation Form.
3. Offers
View or create offers for this client directly from the profile. Quick access makes writing and managing offers seamless.
4. Recommended Properties
If your client is using the Radius Client App, you’ll see a list of AI-recommended properties here.

5. Upload
Securely upload essential documents like:
- Proof of funds
- Pre-approval letters
These are stored in the buyer's profile for quick reference.
6. Notes
Track client conversations, preferences, and evolving needs using the Notes tab. This is a helpful tool to personalize your service and keep detailed records.
7. Financing
Quickly start the pre-approval process with Loan Desk Mortgage directly from the buyer profile. This process is fast and integrated with Radius Office. (A separate step-by-step guide is available.)
8. Reminders
Use the Reminders tab to schedule key follow-ups, appointments, and deadlines. You can:
Connect your Google Calendar
Set reminders that sync automatically with your calendar
Track important dates right from the buyer profile
