Make your mobile experience your own by tailoring your app preferences, keeping your profile up to date, and ensuring you're always in the loop with notifications and support access.


Radius Office Mobile App Settings

To personalize how your app looks and behaves:

  1. Update your profile

    • Add or change your profile photo.

    • Edit your contact information (email, phone, etc.).

    • Adjust your notification preferences so you’re only alerted when it matters most.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Appearance

    • Toggle between Light Mode and Dark Mode based on your preference or lighting environment.


Notifications in the Radius Office Mobile App

Stay connected, even when you're away from your desktop: Notifications help agents and team members stay on top of activity in real-time while on the go.

Here's how they work:

Types of Notifications

  1. Listing & Offer Activity

    • New listings created

    • Listing status updates (e.g. submitted for review, approved, rejected)

    • Offer updates (submitted, countered, accepted, rejected)

  2. Compliance & Document Status

    • When documents are submitted

    • When documents are approved, rejected, or missing

    • Notifications for required signatures or pending compliance

  3. Team & Task Alerts

    • Team leads/managers get notified when agents submit listings or offers

    • Agents get alerts when leads are assigned, notes are added, or tasks are created

  4. Mel (AI Assistant)

    • Nudges, tips, and reminders related to deals, documents, or compliance deadlines


Notification Channels

  • Push Notifications: Instantly alert users on their phones

  • In-App Alerts: Visible in the mobile app notification center

  • Email Notifications: Optional alerts depending on notification preferences


Notification Settings

Users can control which notifications they receive and how, usually under: Profile > Settings > Notifications


You can toggle:

  • Push notifications on/off

  • Email alerts

  • Customize alerts by activity type (e.g. listings, offers, compliance)

  • Tap "Talk to Support" to access help center or initiate a live chat.

  • Attach screenshots or start a video call with support directly from your phone.
