The Client App makes collaborating with your real estate agent simple and seamless. This article guides you through downloading, installing and signing into your customized Client app.
How to Download the Client App
iOS (Apple Devices)
Open the App Store on your iPhone.
Search for the Client app using the Real Estate Brokerage name.
Tap the "download" button (cloud icon or “Get”).
Once installed, open the app and log in using your Radius credentials.
Android Devices
Open the Google Play Store.
Search for the Client app using the Real Estate Brokerage name.
Tap "Install"
Once downloaded, open the app and log in.
How to Install the Client App
1. After downloading, open the Client App from the app store or device home screen.
2. If prompted, tap "Allow" to enable notifications from the Client App.
3. Tap "Get Started."
4. Enter your email address, then tap "Get Started."
5. A welcome email will be sent to the email address you provided.
6. Tap "Open Email App" or manually open your email.
7. Locate and open the welcome message in your inbox.
8. Within the email, tap the "Confirm Your Signup" button.
9. Begin using the Client App by entering your property search criteria.
10. Tap "Add Search."
