Add a New Buyer to My Active Clients

Managing a new buyer? Keep everything organized by adding them to your My Active Clients dashboard. This makes it easy to track preferences, schedule tours, and manage offers—all in one place.

Follow these simple steps to get started:

Step 1: Log In and Access My Active Clients

  1. Open Radius Office in your desktop browser.

  2. Log in using your credentials.

  3. From the left-hand navigation menu, click My Active Clients.


Step 2: Create the Buyer Profile

  1. Click the + Client button.

  2. Enter the buyer’s details:

    • Full Name

    • Email

    • Phone Number

    • Lead Type: Select Buyer

    • Lead Status: Choose the buyer’s current stage (e.g., New Client, Met with Client)

    • Client Source: Enter the source (e.g., Website Lead, Open House)


Step 3: Add Search Criteria

If your buyer has already shared their preferences, you can log those now.


Note: If you do not yet know the details of the property to be listed or property search criteria, you can skip + Add a Search and go straight to Save and Continue.

  1. Click + Add a Search

  2. Fill out the following fields:

    • Transaction Type: Choose Buy or Rent

    • Beds & Baths

    • Budget Range (e.g., $400,000–$600,000)

    • Size Range & Units

    • Location(s): Add one or more areas or cities

Step 4: Save the Profile

  1. Double-check all the information.

  2. Click Save and Continue.

  3. Your buyer will now appear in the correct lead stage column under My Active Clients.

Pro Tip: Use the search bar in your dashboard to quickly find the client if your list is long.
