Complete a Buyer Representation Agreement (BRBC) in Radius Office

This guide walks you through the steps to complete a Buyer Representation Agreement (BRBC) in Radius Office—without needing to create a full transaction file. This workflow is ideal for early-stage buyers who haven’t entered into a contract yet.

  • Refresh Your Browser if the document status doesn’t update after signing



Step 1: Log into Radius Office

  1. Open Radius Office in your desktop browser.

  2. Sign in using your credentials.

  3. You’ll land on the My Active Clients dashboard.


Step 2: Create the Buyer Profile

  1. Click + Client on your dashboard.

  2. Fill out the buyer’s information:

    • Full Name

    • Email

    • Phone Number

    • Lead Type: Select Buyer

    • Lead Status: e.g., "Met with client"

    • Client Source: e.g., Sphere of Influence

  3. (Optional) Add search criteria such as:

    • Budget (e.g., $300,000–$600,000)

    • Location (e.g., Dallas, TX)

  4. Click Save and Continue.


Step 3: Start the BRBC

  1. Inside the buyer’s profile, locate the Buyer Representation banner.

  2. Click Get Started.

  3. Choose your method:

    • Fill and Sign: Complete and send the BRBC electronically

    • Upload: Upload a pre-signed agreement

If using Fill and Sign:

  • State: Select the relevant state (e.g., Texas)

  • Type of Representation: Choose Exclusive or Non-Exclusive

  • Agent/Brokerage Info: Review and confirm accuracy

  • Click Save and Continue


Step 4: Personalize the Email

  1. Review or update the pre-filled email message that will be sent to your client.

  2. Click Save and Sign to move forward.


Step 5: Agent Signs the Agreement

  • Review the agreement thoroughly

  • Follow the prompts to add your initials and signature

  • Click Finish — this sends the document to your client


Step 6: Client Signs the Agreement

  • The buyer will receive an email prompting them to review and sign

  • Once completed, the document status will automatically update in Radius Office


Step 7: Access the Completed BRBC

  1. Return to My Active Clients

  2. Click into the buyer’s profile

  3. The signed BRBC will now appear in the Documents section
