When you engage with Radius, we may collect your phone number during sign-up or while using our services. By providing your number, you agree to receive SMS messages from Radius Support with important updates, reminders, or help related to your account.

What we collect:

Your phone number and consent to receive SMS messages—typically during onboarding, support requests, or other account activity.

How we use it:

We’ll use your number to send support messages, time-sensitive updates, or product-related info. We don’t send promotional texts unless you’ve opted in separately.

How to opt out:

You can unsubscribe anytime by replying “STOP” to a message or emailing us at support@radiusagent.com.
