Accessing Text Messages
Log in to your Radius platform via web browser
Locate the Messenger tool in the left side navigation pane
Click on Messages (positioned next to "Chats")
Your text message interface will open, displaying your conversation threads
Starting a New Text Conversation
In the Messages interface, click the + New Message button
Select or search for the client you want to text
Type your message in the text field
Click Send or press Enter to deliver your message
Sending Text Messages
Select an existing conversation from your message list, or start a new one
