Submit a Referral Agreement in Radius Office

If you're submitting a referral agreement, follow these steps to create a transaction file and upload the signed documentation in Radius Office.


Step 1: Locate the Client

  • Go to the My Active Clients page.

  • Find and click on the contact card for the client you’re referring.

Step 2: Update Client Status

  • In the contact card, open the Status dropdown.

  • Select "In Contract" to begin the transaction process.

Step 3: Add Contract Details

  • A pop-up window will appear. Click the "Add Contract Details" button.

  • A new transaction file will be created. It will auto-fill with the client’s existing information

Step 4: File Type

  • In the Property Information section:

    • Set the File Type to "External Referral Agreement".

Step 5: Representing

  • In the Property Information section:

    • Update the Representing field to "Referral".

Step 6: Submit the Referral

  • Complete all required cover sheet fields.

  • Click "Submit" at the bottom of the page.

Step 7: Upload the Signed Referral Agreement

  • After submitting the file, click the Documents tab at the top of the page.

  • Upload your signed Referral Fee Agreement (RFA) to the transaction.
