Clients tab

On the Radius Office App, you can find your Unified Client List under the new 'Clients' tab located at the bottom (formerly Buyers tab):

Viewing Your Client List

Each client in your list displays:

  • Client Name: The primary contact name

  • Client Type: Buyer, Seller, Landlord, or Tenant

  • Current Status: Their position in your workflow

  • Engagement Score: AI-generated score showing client activity level

Tip: For clients with connected relationships:

  1. Select "View More" next to the client's name

  2. Review their connected information and relationships

  3. See all associated contacts in one place

Sorting and Filtering Clients

At the top of the screen, filter your list by Client Type:

  • Buyer

  • Seller

  • Landlord

  • Tenant

Tip: Team Leaders and Group Leaders have additional viewing options:

  • All Clients

  • Associate Clients

  • Group Clients

Advanced Filtering

Click the filter icon in the top right corner to sort clients by:

  • Alphabetically (A-Z)

  • Date Added (newest or oldest first)

  • Engagement Score (highest to lowest)

  • Status

  • Type

  • Associate (team leaders only)

Tip: Use the search bar to quickly find clients:

  1. Type the client's name in the search bar at the top

  2. Results will appear instantly as you type

  3. Select the client to view their details

Managing Your Notification Center

Access all important client activity from the bell icon in the top right corner:

  • Missed phone calls

  • Property shortlists

  • Property views

  • And much more

Tip: Click the bell icon to open your notification center and stay on top of all client interactions.

Archiving and Restoring Clients

To Archive a client from your active list:

  1. Swipe left on the client's name

  2. Tap Archive (or confirm the action)

  3. The client will be removed from your active client list

Tip: To bring back a previously archived client:

  1. Click the archive icon in the top right corner

  2. Find the client you want to restore

  3. Swipe left on their name

  4. Tap the green restore button

  5. The client will reappear in your active client list
