How to Export a CSV File from MoxiWorks/Active Pipe

MoxiWorks step-by-step guide:

  1. Log in to your MoxiWorks account.

  2. Click People in the top navigation menu.

  3. Select My People from the drop-down menu.

  4. Select contacts:

    • To export all contacts, click "Select all" at the top left.

    • To export a specific group, use the filters or select individual contacts.

  5. Click the Export button that appears.

  6. Choose your format:

    • Select CSV for a basic spreadsheet file.

    • Select Mailing Labels if you are creating labels for a mail merge.

  7. The export process will begin, and you will be able to download the file to your computer.

ActivePipe step-by-step guide:

  1. Go to the relevant area: Navigate to the section of your ActivePipe account that contains the data you want to export (e.g., a specific contact list or report).

  2. Locate the download link: Look for a link that says "Download .CSV".

  3. Choose what to download: A pop-up or menu will appear, allowing you to select the specific information you want to include in the export. Tick the boxes next to the data you need, or choose "Select All".

  4. Click "Download": Initiate the download of your data.

  5. Contact ActivePipe support if needed: If you cannot find the download option, you may not have the necessary permissions. In this case, contact the ActivePipe support team for help.

How to import your CSV into Radius CRM (Clients):

  1. Make sure your CSV is in a spreadsheet format (Google Spreadsheet, Microsoft Excel).

  2. Attach and send your CSV file to support@radiusagent.com.

  3. Our Support team will take it from there and upload your CSV file into your new Clients section of the Radius app.
