How to Export a CSV File from Lofty

Step-by-step guide

  1. After selecting the leads to export. Navigate to People> click the 3 dots beside the Add Lead button > Lead Export.

2. After clicking on the "Export" button in the bottom right, you will receive an email when the export CSV file is ready. There is a hyperlink in the export email that can be clicked to actually download the CSV. Make sure to click the link in order to obtain the document as the CSV will not be attached to the email itself.

3. If you do not immediately receive the email, consider checking your spam folder and wait 10-15 minutes. Depending on the size of the export, the file might take longer to deliver.

4. In the CRM, you will find it in the Notification window under Leads Alert.

Exporting Personal Leads

Agents who own Personal Leads (see Lead Privacy: Team Leads vs. Personal Leads) do have the ability to export these via CSV as long as they are the owner. An agent cannot see nor export private leads that belong to someone else.


How to import your CSV into Radius CRM (Clients):

  1. Make sure your CSV is in a spreadsheet format (Google Spreadsheet, Microsoft Excel).

  2. Attach and send your CSV file to support@radiusagent.com.

  3. Our Support team will take it from there and upload your CSV file into your new Clients section of the Radius app.
