How to Export a CSV File from Follow Up Boss

Step-by-step guide

  1. Navigate to contacts: From the main menu, click People and then select All People.

  2. Filter contacts (optional): Use the available filters to narrow down the list to the specific contacts you want to export.

  3. Select contacts:

    • Click the checkbox in the top-left of the table to select all contacts on the current page. A blue link will appear to "Select All" contacts on subsequent pages, if available.

    • Alternatively, click the checkboxes next to each contact you want to include.

  4. Click export: Find and click the Export (downward arrow) icon.

  5. Confirm export:

    • Check the box to export "All Columns" to include all contact information, if desired.

    • Click "Yes, Export People".

  6. Download the file: The CSV file will download to your computer.


How to import your CSV into Radius CRM (Clients):

  1. Make sure your CSV is in a spreadsheet format (Google Spreadsheet, Microsoft Excel).

  2. Attach and send your CSV file to support@radiusagent.com.
    ​

  3. Our Support team will take it from there and upload your CSV file into your new Clients section of the Radius app.
