Accessing a Client Profile

To view a client profile:

  1. Navigate to your Clients dashboard

  2. Click on any client name

  3. The client profile opens with all available information and actions

  1. Click the app invitation button at the top of the profile

  2. The system sends both text and email invitations automatically

Edit Client Information

Update client details anytime:

  1. Click the three dots in the top right corner

  2. Select Edit Client

  3. Modify any client information fields

  4. Save your changes

What you can edit:

  • Contact information (phone, email, address)

  • Client type and status

  • Tags and source information

  • Personal details (birthday, home anniversary, etc.)

Route Client to Another Team Member

Reassign clients to other members of your team:

  1. Click the three dots in the top right corner

  2. Select Route to Team Member from the dropdown menu

  3. Choose the team member to assign

  4. Confirm the transfer

When to use routing:

  • Transitioning leads to specialists (buyer agent, listing agent)

  • Balancing team workload

  • Passing clients during vacation or leave

View Additional Details

Review extended client information:

  1. Scroll to the Additional Details section

  2. View all captured information including:

View Existing Searches

All active searches for this client appear under Searches & Listings:

  • Search name and criteria

Edit a Search

Modify search criteria based on client feedback:

  1. Click on the search name

  2. Update any criteria (location, price, bedrooms, etc.)

  3. Save your changes

  4. Updated recommendations begin immediately

Add Additional Searches

Create multiple searches for clients with diverse needs:

  1. Click "Add Search"

  2. Define new search criteria

  3. Save the search

  4. Client begins receiving properties matching the new criteria

Add a Listing

For each recommended property, you can see:
