Creating a listing file in SkySlope is a simple and straightforward process. This article is designed to guide you through the steps of creating and submitting a listing to our brokerage using SkySlope. Expect to see your listing in the My Listings section of your Radius Dashboard within 24 hours of submission to SkySlope.
Note: Agents are required to submit SkySlope files within 48 hours of an accepted offer or agreement.
Follow this step-by-step guide to create a new listing transaction in SkySlope.
Step 1: Log In & Start a Listing
Log in to your SkySlope account.
From the homepage, click Create Listing.
Click Enter the Listing to begin.
Step 2: Enter the Property Address
In the address field, begin typing the property address.
Select the best match from the Google-powered search suggestions.
Click Let’s Go to continue.
⚠️ Can’t find the correct address?
Click Switch to Manual Entry to enter it manually.
💡 Pro Tip for Vacant Land:
Use "0"
as the street number and "Lot"
as the street name. Then enter city, state, and ZIP code.
Step 3: Complete Listing Details
Select Listing Type: This determines the checklist. Click Next Question.
Enter List Price (in dollars). Click Next Question.
Input Commission Details:
Add both Listing and Sales Commission as a percentage or flat amount.
Click Next Question.
Enter Listing Start & Expiration Dates. Click Next Question.
Enter Year Built. (Use “0000” for land/lot listings). Click Next Question.
Step 4: Add Agents & Source Info
Add Co-Listing Agent if applicable.
Select Deal Source from the dropdown.
Choose Other to enter a custom source. Click Next Question.
Step 5: Enter Seller Information
Enter the Seller’s Name(s).
Click Add an Additional Seller for more than one.
For companies, click Switch to Company Seller.
Click Next Question when done.
Step 6: NHD Option (Optional)
Choose your preferred Natural Hazard Disclosure (NHD) vendor.
If you don’t need one, click No thanks, Skye.
Step 7: Review & Finalize
Review your listing summary.
Make changes if needed.
Click Create My Listing to generate the file.
Final Step: Upload Documents
In your newly created listing file:
Follow the document checklist based on the listing type.
Upload all required files to complete the transaction.
