How to Withdraw a Listing in Skyslope

Updated this week

If you have a listing in SkySlope that has expired, won’t be renewed, or you’re no longer working with the sellers, it's time to officially withdraw the listing. Withdrawing your listing notifies your brokerage that you’re no longer representing the property.

Follow the steps below to complete the withdrawal process in SkySlope:

Steps to Withdraw a Listing

  1. Log in to your SkySlope account.

  2. Click Manage Listings from the main dashboard.

  3. Locate the listing you want to withdraw.

  4. Click the withdraw icon (a circle with a diagonal line through it) next to the listing.

Add a Reason for Withdrawal

  • A pop-up will appear with a text box prompting you to enter a reason for the withdrawal.

  • Note: If the pop-up doesn’t appear, check your browser settings to ensure pop-ups are not blocked.

  • Provide a brief explanation (e.g., Listing expired, Client changed plans, No longer representing seller).

  • Click Submit.

What Happens Next

  • After submitting, the page will refresh.

  • Your listing will now move to Canceled Listings – Pending Approval.

  • Once reviewed and approved by your SkySlope auditor, the listing will be moved to: Home > Canceled Contracts > Listings
