If you’ve started a file in SkySlope but no longer need it, you can easily delete it—as long as it’s incomplete.
Steps to Delete an Incomplete File
Sign in to your SkySlope account.
Navigate to Manage Transactions.
Find the incomplete file you want to delete.
Click the trash can icon next to the file.
🔔 Note: Only incomplete files will display the trash can icon.
A confirmation pop-up will appear, explaining that all data will be permanently deleted.
Click Delete to confirm.
What Will Be Deleted?
Because the file is incomplete, no documents or checklists are attached. The only information lost will be the initial basic details entered during file creation—such as:
Client name
Property address
Basic transaction type
Here is an example of what data will be lost in the event that you delete an incomplete file.
Once deleted, the file will disappear from your Manage Transactions dashboard.
