How to access the Create a List feature

  1. From the navigation bar, after selecting Contacts, continue choosing Browse/Create a List. You will be directed to a page titled Create a List as shown below.

Understanding the Create a List page

On this page you will find the following options:

  • Edit Multiple button.

Use this feature to execute bulk edits on several contacts at the same time, saving time when updating information.

  • Filter button with three available options that help you improve your list by adding or removing records as needed, ensuring your final list matches your requirements.

    • Narrow Records

    • Add Records

    • Remove Records

  • Save As button. Use Save As to save your filtered data for future reference.
