How do I tag contacts?

Learn how to apply one or multiple tags to contacts in Raise More, making it easier to group, filter, and manage your outreach.

Raise More makes it easy to tag contacts. Tagging helps you run smarter campaigns, segment audiences, and keep your data easy to retrieve.

Click Tags (main dashboard’s left pane), click the “Browse” link in the last column and follow the sequence below to tag contacts.

  1. Click Filter -> Add records

  2. A list of contacts will be shown

  3. Filter the required contacts using the available drop-down menus and entering a search query

  4. Click Edit Multiple button (right before the blue Filter button)

  5. Select contacts you want to apply the tag

  6. Click the blue Edit button (with the number of selected contacts shown next to it)

  7. Select the tag you want to apply to the selected contacts

  8. Click the blue Make Changes button

  9. The tag will be applied to the selected contacts

  10. You can also apply multiple tags to contacts by repeating the same procedure

Click Tags in the left pane then click “Browse” in the last column.

To tag more contacts click Filter -> Add records -> enter the search query -> click Edit Multiple

After selecting the desired contacts click the blue Edit button.

Select the Tag you want to apply to the selected contacts from the Add Tags drop-down menu.

Tips:

  • You can apply multiple tags at once, just select more than one from the Add Tags dropdown.

  • To remove tags, follow the same steps but use the Remove Tags dropdown instead.

Click the blue Make Changes button to save your updates. This will complete the process.
