What data are available for export?

Exporting data allows you to generate reports, analyze trends, and maintain records outside of Raise More.

When exporting data from Raise More, you can choose from multiple categories depending on your needs. The exported file will be in CSV format, allowing you to analyze the data externally or import it into other tools. Below is a breakdown of the available data types and their respective fields.

1. Call & Note History. Includes details of past interactions recorded in Raise More.

  • Raise More Contact ID

  • Interaction Date

  • First Name, Last Name

  • Disposition (e.g., completed, voicemail, etc.)

  • Duration (Call length)

  • Notes (Any notes recorded during the interaction)

  • Phone Number

  • Saved List (If the contact is part of a segmented list)

  • Pledge Amount (If a pledge was made during the call)

  • Caller ID Used (The phone number used for calling)

  • NGP/VAN ID, Numero ID, CallTimeAI ID (External system identifiers)

2. Pledges. Exports details of donor commitments and fulfilled pledges.

  • Raise More Contact ID

  • First Name, Last Name

  • Pledge Created Date

  • Pledge Amount

  • Fulfilled Status (Yes/No)

  • Date Fulfilled

  • Commitment Type (Hard or Soft Commitment)

  • NGP/VAN ID, Numero ID, CallTimeAI ID

3. People (Contacts & Donors). Comprehensive export of contact details, including donor information.

  • Raise More Contact ID

  • First Name, Last Name

  • Address (Street, City, State, Zip, Country)

  • Phone Numbers (Primary, Home, Work, Mobile)

  • Email

  • Occupation, Employer

  • Donation History (Largest donation, total donated, number of donations)

  • Tags (Custom tags applied to the contact)

  • Pledges & Outstanding Total

  • Most Recent Interaction

  • Created At (Date contact was added)

  • Bio, Donor Research Notes

  • NGP/VAN ID, Numero ID, CallTimeAI ID

4. Saved Lists. Exports lists of contacts based on custom segmentation criteria.

  • Pinned (Yes/No)

  • List Name

  • Date Created

  • Last Called

  • Progress Through List (Tracking outreach completion)

  • Number of Contacts in the List

  • New Call Session (Option to start a new session from this list)

  • Original Search Filters (Criteria used to generate the list)

5. Donations. A detailed report of donations received through Raise More.

  • Raise More Contact ID

  • Date of Donation

  • First Name, Last Name

  • Donation Amount

  • Receipt ID

  • ActBlue Reference Code

  • Fundraising Page (If applicable)

  • Line Item ID

  • Disbursement ID

  • Card Type (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

  • Date Imported

  • Donor Address (Street, City, State, Zip, Country)

  • Donor Occupation & Employer

  • Donor Email & Phone

  • NGP/VAN ID, Numero ID, CallTimeAI ID
