Raise More includes a donation export feature that allows users to download their donation records quickly and easily. With just a few clicks, users can generate a file containing key donation details, making it convenient to store, review, or share data outside the platform. The export function is designed to be simple and efficient, giving teams access to up-to-date records without needing to manually copy or reformat information.
Exporting donation data is important for reporting, audits, and internal tracking. It helps teams prepare summaries for stakeholders, analyze giving trends, and back up records for future use. Exports can also be used to cross-reference data with other systems, build custom reports, or share filtered lists with team members. Raise More makes the process quick and accessible, which ensures that campaign and donor data remains usable beyond the platform.
How to export and download donation records?
To access the donation export feature, hover the cursor over Import & Export in the left pane and click Export. The default view includes a list of recent exports, including donations. You can download previously exported donation records by clicking the download link in the last column. Each row represents an export, while columns provide important information for exports including:

Download (a download link for exports, which can be accessed any time after exporting records)
To export donation records, simply select Donations from the Choose an export drop-down menu and click the blue Export button. It might take a few moments for the export process to complete. Once the export process is complete, you’ll see a new row at the top in the Recent Export section. Click the Download link to download donation records you just exported.
