Sometimes, you'll come across contacts who no longer wish to be reached out to whether due to personal preference, campaign opt-out, or other reasons. To ensure these contacts aren't accidentally contacted in the future, Raise More allows you to flag them as Do Not Contact.
To use this feature, start by opening the contact’s profile. You can access it from the Search bar, Lists, Tags, or while using the Dialer. Once you are on the contact’s profile :
Find the New Note section.
Select the Do Not Contact option.
Add any relevant remarks (e.g., “No longer wishes to be contacted”) as illustrated below.
Click Save Interaction.
Once saved, the contact will be marked as Do Not Contact and recorded in Interaction History. All communication buttons : Call, Text, and Email will be greyed out and disabled to prevent any outreach.
When you hover over these buttons, a tooltip will explain that the contact is marked as Do Not Contact.
What if I need to remove the restriction?
If the contact changes their preferences, you can restore communication access:
Click the Restore button (orange).
A confirmation message will appear on the bottom-right corner as illustrated below :
The Call, Text, and Email buttons will be reactivated.
You can now interact with the contact and log new notes as usual.
