How do I start a calling session?

The Dialer feature in Raise More helps you make a call sessions efficiently, ensuring seamless outreach to contacts from your saved lists.

The Dialer allows you to organize and track interactions while keeping detailed records. This guide will walk you through:

  • Starting a call session

  • Accessing and managing list details

  • Updating notes and interactions

  • Triggering follow-ups via text and email

The easy to use interface allows you to streamline your communication efforts. This enables operational discipline by supporting timely follow-ups and ensuring donor contact records remain up to date

To start conducting a call to registered list, you may follow the below steps :

  1. Navigate to Dialer
    From your Dashboard, locate the navigation bar on the left side of your screen and select Dialer.

  2. A default saved list will appear. You can choose to call from this list or select another saved list.

  3. Once you’ve selected the desired list, click the Make Calls button.

  4. A pop-up confirmation will appear as shown below. You may choose between :

  • Proceed with making calls by scan QR code provided

  • View the list details without starting a session.

Alternatively, you can also directly Make Calls by going to the Lists page. Click Lists in the dashboard then the blue Make Calls button next to the list name to start a calling session.
