To start conducting a call to registered list, you may follow the below steps :
Navigate to Dialer
From your Dashboard, locate the navigation bar on the left side of your screen and select Dialer.Select Make Calls
Once in Contacts, choose the Make Calls option among the three available choices. You will be directed to a page with the title Make Calls as shown below.
A default saved list will appear. You can choose to call from this list or select another registered list.
Once you’ve selected the desired list, click the Make Calls button.
A pop-up confirmation will appear as shown below. You may choose between :
Proceed with making calls by scan QR code provided
View the list details without starting a session.
How to access and manage contact list
To explore detailed information about a contact list:
Click on Browse this list in the pop-up after clicking the Make Calls button.
You will be directed to list details page as shown below
Once you are directed to list detail, you will be able to :
Add, edit and save free-text fields such as Occupation, Employer, Bio and Donor Research.
View the donation status and outstanding pledges associated with contacts.
Update predefined fields such as Tags, Lists, and Related Contacts.
Add custom fields for additional data tracking.
Take actions such as merging duplicates or delete the contact.
Update interaction records and notes in the system.
