How do I filter tags?

Use filters when tags are used across multiple lists or campaign, it helps reduce errors and makes targeted outreach faster.

Filtering tags makes it easy to locate the one you need by narrowing down the list, so you don’t have to search manually. This keeps things organized and speeds up your workflow, especially when tags are used across multiple campaigns or contact lists.

To filter tags, click the blue Filter button, then click Narrow records and enter your search criteria. You can filter by tag name, first tagged date, most recent tag date, or the number of contacts tagged.
