How do I change my password?

You can update your password anytime from the Security section of your account settings.

Hover the cursor over to Settings in the left pane and click Security

Click Update Password

Click Change Password. This will take you to the password update screen.

Enter your password details

  • Enter your current password

  • Type in your new password

  • Confirm the new password by entering it again

  • You can also check/uncheck the Sign out of all other devices checkbox here. This option is enabled by default to make sure all users input the new password to continue using Raise More

  • Click the Save button to save changes

You’ll be redirected back to your Account Profile page and also receive an email notification confirming that your password has been changed.

Enabling two-step verification

It is highly recommended to enable two-step verification for your account. This adds and additional layer of security and helps prevent unauthorized access even if someone knows the password.

Raise More allows you to add SMS as well as an authenticator application like Google Authenticator as a two-step authentication method. Simply click SMS code or Authenticator application and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the setup.

Tip: You'll find a list of Active Devices under two-step verification, which shows the list of devices an account is logged in to. It's a good idea to keep an eye on this list to make sure no unauthorized user is logged in.
