How do I filter email campaigns?

Filtering email campaigns is important for keeping your workspace organized and making it easier to manage large volumes of campaign data. As more campaigns are created over time, it can become difficult to quickly locate a specific one.

Filters help you sort campaigns, saving time and reducing the chance of errors. This is especially useful for reviewing past performance, checking scheduled emails, or finding drafts that still need approval or edits. It streamlines navigation and supports more efficient campaign management.

The Filter and Create buttons are conveniently placed at the top right of the main window. The filter button allows you to easily narrow down records. Records can be filtered based on status, including draft, scheduling, sending and sent. To filter email campaigns based on their current status:

  • Click the blue Filter button

  • Click Narrow Records

  • Select Status -> is/is not

  • Select the filter from Draft/Scheduled/Sending/Sent

  • Based on the selected filter, the system will display draft, scheduled, sending or sent email campaigns
