How do I check invitation progress?

To review the status of sent invitations:

  1. Hover over the Users menu and select Manage Users from the pop-up.

  2. Click the Invitations tab.

  3. You’ll see a list of all invitations you've sent, the date invitations sent, along with the roles assigned.

How do I revoke invitations ?

To revoke a pending invitation :

  1. Click the three-dot icon on the right side of the invitation.

  2. Select Revoke Invitation from the dropdown.

How do I upgrade or downgrade a user’s access?

To change the role of an active use r:

  1. Go to the Members section.

  2. Open the dropdown under the Role column for the selected user.

  3. Choose the new role you wish to assign.

How do I remove a user?

To remove a user from your organization:

  1. Click the three-dot icon on the right side of the user’s role.

  2. Select Remove Member.
