Raise More lets you embed forms directly on your website, making it easy to collect supporter information. Visitors can submit their contact details quickly, and the system automatically creates a new contact profile in Raise More without any manual data entry. This helps maintain an organized and up-to-date contact list right from your own site.

For donors and supporters, embedded forms provide a simple way to engage—such as signing up for updates, showing interest in volunteering, or making a pledge. The process is simple, secure, and accessible at any time. For organizations, these forms eliminate the need to manually collect and input contact details, reduce the risk of errors, and ensure new data goes directly into the system. This makes it easier to follow up, segment contacts, and grow your outreach based on accurate, real-time supporter information.

How to preview the signup form?

Navigate to the main dashboard and click on Forms in the left-hand pane. The first section allows you to enter information and test the functionality in real time. A web form collects the following information and saves it as a contact in your contact list.

  • First name

  • Last name

  • ZIP

  • Mobile phone (optional)

  • Email

A confirmation checkbox labeled “Sign me up for SMS messages” is available on the form, allowing supporters to give consent to receive text communications. This helps ensure compliance with messaging regulations and confirms that contacts are open to receiving campaign updates via SMS.

Click the blue SUMBIT button to save contact information.

Contacts submitted through embedded web forms are automatically tagged as website-signup, making it easy to identify and manage supporters who entered the system via your website. This built-in tagging helps streamline follow-up communication and allows teams to quickly filter tags and segment these contacts for targeted outreach or reporting.

To confirm that everything is working as it should, filter tags and enter website-signup as search criteria.

How to Embed forms to your website?

Embedding a form on your website is a simple and efficient task that requires only a few steps. Once set up, it allows you to start collecting supporter information instantly, with all submitted data flowing directly into your Raise More contact database. To get started, click the second section labeled as “Copy the Embed Code” then click the Copy Code button.

The next step involves adding the form to your website. The specific process may differ depending on your website provider—for instance, platforms like WordPress or Squarespace might have their own methods. It’s helpful to check your provider’s official documentation for detailed instructions. That said, the general steps outlined below are widely applicable and should work across most platforms.

  1. Login to the CMS (Content Management System) of your website

  2. Find the page on which you want to add the form

  3. Look for an option on your website platform that allows you to embed code or add custom HTML. This is typically labeled as “Add Custom Code,” “Embed,” or “HTML Block.” This is where you'll paste the form embed code provided by Raise More

  4. Paste the copied embed code

  5. After pasting the embed code, save the changes on your website and preview the page. To ensure the form is functioning correctly, submit a test entry and confirm that the contact appears in Raise More.

  6. Go to the Contacts page in Raise More and check if the submitted information is being saved correctly. Contacts added through the embedded form will be automatically tagged as website-signup, making them easy to identify and manage.

Tip: The form adjusts to fit its container, but you can modify the height value if needed. To change the default height (height: 400px), simply change the number before px.

Embedding forms on your website streamlines the process of gathering contact information and ensures your database stays up-to-date with minimal effort. It’s a practical feature that strengthens communication between your campaign and its supporters while keeping everything organized within Raise More.
