Rally.Fan DMCA Takedown Policy

Updated over 2 weeks ago

We’re creators too, so we take intellectual-property rights seriously. The guidelines below explain how to submit a DMCA takedown request (or a counter-notice) for content hosted or sold through Rally.Fan.

1. Our stance on IP

Rally.Fan is a platform for sharing and selling digital products, courses, and experiences. We expect every seller to comply with copyright law and respect the work of others. When we receive a credible infringement claim, we investigate and act quickly to stay compliant.

2. How to file a takedown request

If you believe material on Rally.Fan infringes your copyright:

  1. Complete our DMCA form
Fill out the required fields accurately (link provided in form OR email us at friends@rally.fan).

  2. Include these details

    • Your full legal name and contact info

    • A description or URL of the copyrighted work

    • The exact Rally.Fan URL(s) where the allegedly infringing content appears

    • A good-faith statement that you did not authorize the use

    • An electronic signature under penalty of perjury

Note: We cannot process incomplete or vague submissions.

3. What happens after you submit

Timeline

Our Action

Day 0–5

We acknowledge receipt and start a review (legal counsel may be consulted).

By Day 10

If the claim appears valid, we will: 1) disable or remove the content temporarily, and 2) notify the account holder with details of the allegation and a chance to respond.

Should the seller provide a satisfactory license or counter-notice, we may restore the content. Otherwise, it could be permanently removed.

4. Counter-notice (for sellers)

If you believe we removed your content in error, send a written counter-notification containing:

  1. Your full name, address, and contact information

  2. Identification of the removed content (URL)

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the takedown was a mistake or misidentification

  4. Proof of your ownership or authorization

  5. Your electronic signature

Once received, we’ll forward the counter-notice to the claimant. If they don’t pursue legal action within 10 business days, we may reinstate the content.

5. Legal escalation

While we aim to resolve disputes amicably, we’ll comply with valid court orders and cooperate with law-enforcement requests when required.

6. Indemnification

By using Rally.Fan, you agree to indemnify and hold Rally.Fan harmless from any costs, damages, or liabilities arising out of DMCA claims involving your content—including legal fees.
