Steps to Create a Custom Product
Start by Adding a Product:
Click on the "+ Add Product" button in your dashboard.
Select the option for a Custom Product.
Design Your Product's Appearance:
Personalize the Thumbnail Preview by uploading an image and adding a heading. You can also include a subheading and choose a button title. Select either a Button or Callout style to decide how it will appear on your storefront.
Customize Your Checkout Page:
Fill in the Product Description with details about what you’re offering.
Access Advanced Features:
Depending on your subscription plan, additional features may be available under the Advanced tab for further customization.
Publish Your Product:
Once everything is set, click the "Publish" button to make your product live.
What to Expect When a Purchase is Made
When someone orders your personalized content, you'll receive an email notification with all the necessary details, along with a link to fulfill the order.
Record and upload your video or file by clicking "Fulfill Order."
Rally.Fan will automatically send the completed response to your customer, who will receive an email with a link to download and view the content.
Pro Tip for Success:
Clearly communicate the expected delivery time for your custom products. For example, letting customers know they will receive a response within 48 hours can greatly improve their experience. You can include this information in the Product Description or the confirmation email.

While Rally.Fan sends a recommendation to fulfill orders within five days, you can manage your schedule as you see fit. This guideline is provided to help keep you on track, but only you can view it.
