How to Upgrade/Downgrade Your Rally.Fan Subscription

Looking to change your Rally.Fan subscription plan? Whether you want to upgrade or downgrade, we've got you covered. Follow the steps below to manage your subscription.

Rally.Fan Subscription Plans

  • Starter Plan - $29 / month

  • Pro Plan - $97 / month

  • Enterprise Plan (Contact sales at sales@metacommerce.app for details)


Steps to Upgrade/Downgrade Your Subscription

  1. Navigate to Settings:

    • Click on the 'Settings' tab located in the bottom left corner of your dashboard.

  2. Go to Billing:

    • Select the 'Billing' section within the Settings menu.

  3. Change Plan:

    • Click on 'Change Plan' to view available subscription options.

  4. Select Your Plan:

    • Choose between the Starter and Pro plans. You can toggle between Monthly or Yearly billing options at the top.

    • Check the box to acknowledge any pro-rated charges for the remainder of your billing cycle.

  5. Confirm and Upgrade/Downgrade:

    • Click 'Upgrade' or 'Downgrade' to confirm your selection.

    • If you are upgrading, your card will be charged immediately for the pro-rated amount of the new plan.

    • If you are downgrading, your plan change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Important Notes

Immediate Charges for Upgrades:

Upgrading your plan will result in an immediate pro-rated charge to your card for the remainder of the billing cycle.

Downgrades:

You can downgrade your plan after 30 days from the last upgrade. If you try to downgrade within the first 30 days, the option will not appear under Billing. In such cases, please contact our support team at hello@metacommerce.app for assistance.
