How to Cancel Your Rally.Fan Account
We're sorry to see you go, but canceling your Rally.Fan subscription is straightforward. Follow the steps below to cancel your account.
🚨 Important Steps Before Cancellation
Note: Before you cancel, we recommend you take care of a few things:
Cancel Customer Subscriptions:
If you have any customers with active subscriptions, make sure to manually cancel them to avoid future charges.
Withdraw Your Funds:
Make sure to cash out any remaining funds from your Income tab so you don’t leave any earnings behind.
Steps to Cancel Your Rally.Fan Account
Access Your Account Settings:
Click on the 'Settings' tab located in the bottom left-hand corner of your dashboard.
Navigate to Billing:
Select the 'Billing' tab within the Settings menu.
Cancel Your Subscription:
Click on 'Cancel Subscription' and follow the prompts to finalize your cancellation.
You will retain access to your Rally.Fan space until the end of your current billing cycle.
Can I Pause My Rally.Fan Subscription?
Currently, there's no option to pause your subscription. However, you can cancel it and reactivate it later. All your account information will be saved, so you can pick up right where you left off when you return.
Will I Lose My Data If I Cancel My Account?
Nope! All your data, including your space’s progress, products, analytics, and emails, will remain intact. You can reactivate your account at any time without losing any of your information.
How to Reactivate Your Rally.Fan Subscription
When you're ready to come back, here's how to reactivate your account:
Log In to Rally.Fan:
Visit Rally.Fan and click 'Login'.
Enter your previous login credentials. If you forgot your password, you can reset it from the login page.
Update Payment Information:
Enter a valid credit or debit card to reactivate your subscription.
Confirm Reactivation:
After updating your payment information, click 'Submit'. Your account will be charged, and your Rally.Fan space will be active again.
