If you need to update any information in your Stripe Custom account, such as public details, personal details, or payout/bank details, you can do so through your Rally.Fan dashboard by following these steps:

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Log In to Metacommerce:

    • Navigate to Rally.Fan and log in with your credentials.

  2. Access Settings:

    • Click on 'Settings' located in the bottom left corner of your dashboard.

  3. Select Payments:

    • From the top menu, select 'Payments'.

  4. Manage Your Stripe Account:

    • Click on the 'Manage Account' button next to the Stripe option.

  5. Sign In to Stripe:

    • A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to sign into your Stripe Custom account.

  6. Update Your Details:

    • Once signed in, you can edit your public details, personal details, or scroll down to the 'Payout Accounts' section and click on the pencil icon to update your payout details successfully.

Important Reminder:

  • Login Restrictions:

    • You cannot log in to your Rally.Fan Stripe account through the usual connect.stripe.com or the Stripe Mobile App. You must log in through your Rally.Fan dashboard using the steps above.

Troubleshooting:

If you encounter issues updating your bank details, try the following solutions:

  1. Clear Browser Cache:

    • Log off from Stripe.

    • Clear your browser's cache and cookies. For detailed instructions, search online for guides on how to clear your browser cache and cookies.

    • Log back in to Stripe and retry the process.

  2. Use a Different Browser:

    • Switching to a different browser often resolves the issue.
