Log in to your Rankbreeze account
Go to the listing you want to optimize
Click “Optimization”
Select “Amenities Analyzer” from the side menu

⚙️ How to Use the Review Analyzer

We’ve simplified it into 3 quick phases:

🔍 Phase 1: Review Missing & Active Amenities

Identify amenities that are proven to boost performance and are currently missing
Amenity color codes:
✅ Green = listed on your Airbnb amenity list
❌ Red = missing from your Airbnb amenity list

Spot amenities that top-ranking listings have but are marked missing from your listing.

💡 Pro Tip: Some amenities marked as missing might already exist at your property—they just need to be enabled on Airbnb or via your PMS.

➕ Phase 2: Take Action

Enable on Airbnb: If you spot an amenity that exists at your property but is marked missing, make sure it’s enabled on Airbnb (or through your PMS).
Add new amenities: For items you don’t currently offer, consider what’s worth adding. Some are quick wins (like a Pack 'n Play), while others may require more investment (like a hot tub).

Why isn’t an amenity showing up in my PMS or syncing properly with Airbnb?

Some Airbnb amenities may not exist in your PMS or might appear under a different name. If you’re unable to find or sync an amenity, it's best to reach out to your PMS provider for clarification.

I can’t find a listed amenity on Airbnb?

Some amenities are found under other amenities (see below) and some are listed under different sections like “House Rules”, “Check-in method” or “Accessibility”
