The "Average Length of Stay" (ALoS) improves the quality of your rankings data by aligning stay lengths with typical guest searches for your listing.
The (ALoS) The (ALoS) setting sets the maximum date ranges when searching your listing and guides the check-in & check-out dates shown in the Rankings Breakdown table.
How it works:
For example, if you set your Average Length of Stay (ALoS) to 3 nights, we'll search for 1-night, 2-night, and 3-night stays in your calendar.
If you have a large break in between bookings (ex. 20 days), we will break it into chunks of 3 nights so the data is more reliable.
What is the Auto-detected ALOS?
The Auto-detected Average Length of Stay (ALoS),is automatically calculated as 2 nights above your highest minimum night requirement found in your Airbnb calendar over the next 12 months.
This helps ensure we're search with lengths of stay that your listing actually allows
