The "Average Length of Stay" (ALoS) setting essentially puts a maximum on the date ranges we search for.
For example, if you set your Average Length of Stay to 3 nights, we'll search for 1 night, 2 night, and 3 night stays in your calendar.
If you have a large break in between bookings (ex. 20 days), we will break that into chunks of 3 nights so the data is more reliable.
The Auto-detected Average Length of Stay (ALoS), is set to 2 nights above your highest minimum night. To change your ALoS,
Select your preferred option from the dropdown
Click "Change".
Click "Confirm"
The change would be applied withing 24 hours.
Please note: If we detect that your minimum night requirement is higher than your Average Length of Stay (ALoS) setting, we will automatically reset it to the auto-detected setting.
This safeguard ensures that we search for your listing using lengths of stay that your listing permits.
To override the auto-update, go to the listing's Rankings section, click the "Settings" icon, and switch off the "Auto-updating" toggle.
