How many market reports can I create?

The number of market reports your account can hold at a time is specified at the top of your Market Scanner page.

Can I purchase slots to hold additional market reports?

Currently, you can only upgrade to a higher plan to access additional market reports.

3 listings or less - 0 market reports

4 - 15 listings -> 1 Market Report

16 - 390 listings -> 2 Market Reports

391 listings or more -> 3 Market Reports

What should I do if I accidentally create a Market Report for an area I'm not interested in?

To rectify this, simply delete the Market Report for the area you are not interested in and create a new one for the correct area.

How often is the data updated?

When you turn on the "Weekly Recurring Report" switch the report will be updated every week on the same day the feature was enabled.

Is the report updated with new listings?

No. We only update the data of the listings in the report.

I created a report for the wrong area, can I change it?

You will need to delete the current report and create a new one for the correct location.

Does the Booked Revenue include taxes & discounts?

No. The booked revenue does not include taxes & discounts. It is based on the base price.
