To create a post, navigate to the “Posts” tab in the main navigation menu. Click “Create post,” add your desired content including rich link embeds and images.

Save as a draft or click publish.

That's it! If you are not yet ready to share the post, you can save it as a draft and come back to it later.

You have the option to enable comments. By default comments are disabled. To enable them simply click on the toggle located at the top left of the screen.

Enabling comments is a great way to build trust and engagement.

View and Share your Posts

Members will automatically receive an email notification with the new post. Preview your post by clicking "View."

Read more about each of these fields below.

Title (Required)

Every post must have a title. Think of the title like the subject line of an email. The title will be displayed in your member's inbox in bold text. It should be short and concise to encourage people to click into the post to learn more.

Body (Optional)

The body is where you will add all of the details related to the post. If you do not include an excerpt, the first few words of the body will default in the inbox as preview text. Within the body field, you can add stylized text (font size, bullets, numbered lists, bold and italics) as well as rich link embeds and images.

Thumbnail Image (Optional)

The featured image is the image that will appear in the member inbox. We recommend including an image to encourage people to click into the post to learn more.

Excerpt (Optional)

Preview text that will be visible from the member's inbox.
