Exclusive product offers are among the most effective ways to drive value for members of your program. By providing members with products that are exclusive, you not only offer them a sense of value and community, but also reduce inventory risk.
Follow the steps below to create your exclusive product offer.

Step 1: Enter product information
Give your activation a name and description. Remember that your activation will direct users to a product description page (PDP), so focus your messaging on your brand and program rather than the product itself.
You will be prompted to enter the following information:
Activation title
Activation description
Featured image
Step 2: Add your exclusive product
Here is where you actually add the product listing to the activation. Copy paste the PDP link from your storefront. Add a product directly from Shopify if connected.
Step 3: Add a post claim message
Add a custom success message. Share additional information and thank your members for opting into your event.
Step 4: Set access and engagement preferences
The final step is to configure access and engagement preferences.
Add a start date in the future to display the activation with a lock until the input date.
Add an end date to limit the duration of the activation.
Add total supply to manage capacity or drive engagement.
Comments allow members to comment on the activation page itself. By default, comments are enabled. To disable comments, toggle comments off. Preview how comments appear on desktop below.
Notifications generate a notification email that is automatically sent to your members inbox. To disable notifications, toggle notifications off.
Click Publish
That's it! If you are not yet ready to share the activation, you can save it as a draft and come back to it later.
To save an activation as a draft, simply click "or save as draft" instead of "Publish."
View and Share your Exclusive Product
Registered members will automatically receive an email about the new product offer. Preview your activation by clicking "View." If you would like to share the activation with new users, you can copy the URL by clicking "Share."
View Recipients
To view a list of members who have claimed access to your exclusive product simply visit the activation in your admin dashboard, click on the ellipsis (...) in the right hand corner and select "View recipients."
