Removing members from a portal may sometimes be necessary for moderation purposes, to maintain a healthy community environment, or to manage the privileges associated with paid memberships.
To remove a member from your portal:
Navigate to the Members tab
Click on the ellipsis (...) next to the member you would like to remove
Select Revoke Membership
That's it. The member will no longer be able to access your portal.
In the event of a payment lapse, access to the paid programs will be automatically revoked.
