Populate your portal with welcome content to engage users upon arrival

Brand Name and category

Your brand name would have been created during the onboarding flow. Validate that this is the correct name or edit it. Select a category or industry.

Accessibility

Ensure your portal is configured to the desired accessibility settings. Portals can be public (anybody can access), private (only approved members can access), or paid (only paying members can access). Learn more about paid.

If you wish to make your portal private, toggle private mode on.

Add a welcome message

Welcome messages appear on the homepage of your member dashboard.

Add a cover image

Cover images appear in the Learn more popup window in the members view. This window displays information about the brand as well as displays official links.

Customize button colors

Customize your portal to reflect your unique brand identity by adding custom button colors.

Add an FAQ section (Optional)

This FAQ section will appear on your membership landing page.

Populate your portal with activations (Recommended)

Adding activations is a great way to engage your early members, gather preliminary feedback and lay the foundation for a long-term relationship.

To help get you started, we've compiled a checklist with some of the most common welcome activations to add to your portal.

Welcome Activation Checklist:

☐ Let's get to know you (survey)

☐ Evergreen activations (rewards)*
☐ Surprise reward (discount/event)

*Activations that deliver on evergreen membership benefits (ie. free shipping, member pricing)

A draft of each of these activation types has been added to your admin dashboard.

Login to your admin dashboard and click into your drafts to edit and publish your pre-populated templates.

Feedback Survey

User Survey
