Learn how to resolve issues with receiving verification codes

There can be several reasons why you are not receiving OTP verification codes. Some of the most common reasons include:

  1. Network issues: Poor network connectivity can prevent you from receiving OTPs. Check if you have a stable network connection and try again.

  2. Delayed delivery: Sometimes, OTPs may take a few minutes to be delivered due to network or server issues. Wait for a few minutes and try again.

  3. Full inbox: If your inbox is full, you may not receive the OTP. Delete some of the messages from your inbox to make space for incoming messages.

If your customer has checked all of these possible causes and are still not receiving OTPs, kindly refer your customers to RareCircles support directly.
