How do I claim my agent profile?

Claiming your profile is 100% free and is the first step towards expanding your digital footprint

RateMyAgent already has ‘default’ profiles for hundreds of thousands of agents, just waiting to be activated. Simply search for your name and claim your profile. It won’t cost you a cent to claim!

Can't find your profile? Chat with us now using the option on the bottom right corner of the page.

Step 1: From www.ratemyagent.com.au (AU) or www.ratemyagent.co.nz (NZ) Home Page (depending on your location), select the agent's option.

Type your name in the empty field to search.

Step 2: Suggestions will appear as you type automatically. Select your name from the suggestions to view your profile.

Step 3: To the right of the screen, or floating as you scroll down the page, there will be a Claim Profile button. Click to claim.

Please make sure you are not logged into any RateMyAgent Account or you will not see the Claim Profile button.

Step 4: Select Get Started and choose your verification method (phone or email)

Step 5: We will send you a verification code to either your Email or Phone depending on the method you've selected. Simply input the code you have received and select Verify Code.

Step 6: Once verified, you will be prompted to Create your Account

Once you hit Create Account, you will be logged in and ready to use RateMyAgent!

Why can't I claim my profile?

If you are having trouble claiming your RateMyAgent profile, it could be for a few reasons.

  • We may have a different email address in the system for you.

  • If you are logged in to a different profile that's not linked to your email address (ie. your office profile)

  • In rare cases, there may be another agent with the same name as you and you are trying to claim their profile.

  • Your profile has not been created yet. If this is the case then please contact support with your Name, Email, and Phone number so we can create one for you!
