Having a full RateMyAgent profile shows your potential customers you're serious about what you do and they can trust you with their purchase or sale.
NOTE: Changes to your office profile can only be made by an Office Admin.
Profile photo
To update your agent profile photo, you'll need to be logged into your agent profile and go to Edit Profile.
Click on the image icon next to the profile photo to Upload from computer to add/change your profile photo.
Office Profile:
To update your office profile photo (usually your BRAND LOGO) you'll need to be logged into the office profile.
If you decide to use our Image Library, we will scan RateMyAgent for Agencies with branding under the Alias put into the search bar then this will then be copied across to your profile!

Branding and the features below are only visible on the public profile for PAID accounts.
You will only see a profile photo on your profile on our FREE profiles.
Add your logo
To update your logo, simply click +Add your logo
You can view our image library for examples or to match a similar agency.
Colours
You can update your Colour Scheme to reflect your chosen Background and Text Colour.
All you need to do is click on the coloured box and drag the small circle (shown below) to your chosen colour!
Contact Details
Make sure your Email Address and Phone Number are all up to date so potential clients can contact you fast!
Your email address in your contact details does not need to match your login email.

Media Gallery
Add photos and a video to your profile. Give personality to your profile and showcase what's most important to you.

Add a Youtube/Vimeo website link to introduce yourself to potential clients!
Social Media links
Provide your page visitors with direct links to open your Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or X, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube and your website.
All you need to do is copy the URL (the page link) and paste it in....it's that simple.
Make sure to hit Save and then you're all set!
How they display on your profile:
Languages
Display languages spoken on your profile. This allows consumers to easily identify the languages their potential agent speaks.
Select the available languages from the list by clicking the pencil button and click Save
My Markets
Search and select areas to add to your My Markets.
Drag and drop to change the order of appearance.
You'll be able to add up to 10 zip codes/postcodes for an agent profile and up to 20 zip codes/postcodes for an office profile!
*Note: The top area will appear at the top of your profile
